This time of year fishermen come from all around in search of that trophy old drum. And with the abundance of old drum in August and September, most leave with a memory of a life time. But don’t forget the little fish…. Fishing for flounder, trout and slot drum is very good this time of year, also. Old drum is a catch and release fishery. Flounder, trout, and slot drum is a catch and cook fishery….and they are really good.
